Malmesbury’s very own musical collective, The Long Players, will be putting their own spin on the Rolling Stones’ album, Sticky Fingers.

With the Long Players preening like Jagger-esque peacocks at the Town Hall on 21st March, you can expect a multimedia happening that will be talked about long afterwards… man.

There will be a flurry of flamboyant costumes, an extravaganza of extraordinary dancing and a musical masterclass as the Long Players tune up, unzip and strut their way through a raunchy, and note-perfectly (Marianne) faithfull tour of this classic 1971 album as well as other hot rocks from the Stones’ lip-smackingly, hand-clappingly stunning back catalogue.

The Long Players is an ever-evolving but relentlessly beautiful gathering of some 40-plus of Malmesbury’s most talented musicians, singers, artists and performers, and have been reproducing classic albums, right on our doorstep for over a decade now.
